Jumpstart Packages
Jumpstart packages are designed to help new customers springboard their productivity through professional assistance with initial set-up, configuration and knowledge transfer. SugarCRM’s studies with thousands of our customers suggest that you will see better results more rapidly by taking advantage of this service. You’ve made an important investment in the technology to enable your CRM needs. Now get the professional assistance to help ensure you hit the ground running. The package is split up into 3 sections: a discovery session, followed by a setup and configuration session and a review session to end the day.
These sessions are delivered remotely. Times are approximate and may be modified as agreed between SugarCRM and Customer. Our Remote Jumpstart session is not a substitute for proper CRM training. SugarCRM also recommends Administrator and End User Training to complement your Jumpstart session.
Data Migration
Data migration packages provide a seamless and cost effective way to transition to SugarCRM from other CRM providers. By-the-Hour Guidance
This service is available if you need help with a particular design or technical issue, or if you’re in need of best practice assistance about a particular Sugar capability. (Minimum five hour commitment).
